The Warehouse Group (TWG) implemented Activate in 2009 to reduce the load on their Service Desk and to automate a number of business processes. The Warehouse Group is made up of 6 companies and has approximately 13,000 team members at over 250
locations across NZ with annual revenues of $2.92b.
TWG use most of the Activate modules and submit on average 7,500 Activate requests per month. A core part of the TWG automation is the integration of Activate with their payroll application PayGlobal for Activate to manage Identity and Access.
When The Warehouse decided to move to Office 365, they chose Activate to manage the migration and management of Office 365 Services available to end users.
